Antonio Gades is an original, one-of-a-kind pastel painting on paper mounted on board.

Farruca is my favourite Spanish dance, and Antonio Gades one of my favourite Spanish dancers. This painting, part of my Spanish series, is an homage to Gades, who embodied the spirit of flamenco and farruca in particular.

Measuring 19 x 12 inches, it is ready to frame and hang. I painted the work in 2021; it is signed on the front.
